About AutoHost
Kenya’s most trusted web hosting partner.
Founded in Nairobi. KeNIC-accredited. M-Pesa payments. Real human support on WhatsApp. We are not just a hosting company — we are Kenya’s digital infrastructure partner, built to serve Kenyan businesses, institutions, and entrepreneurs.
Who we are
Built for Kenyan businesses, by people who understand Kenya
AutoHost is a Nairobi-based web hosting and domain registration company founded in 2018 by a team of Kenyan technology professionals. We exist because we saw a problem: Kenyan SMEs were being underserved by foreign hosting companies that charged in US dollars, offered no local payment options, and provided support through ticket systems that took days to respond.
We built AutoHost to be different. From day one, our infrastructure, support, and pricing have been designed specifically for the Kenyan market. We accept M-Pesa. We support you on WhatsApp. We host your data in the East African region. We register your .co.ke domain directly in your name, as an officially accredited KeNIC registrar.
Most Kenyan business owners are not IT experts — and they should not have to be. That is why every product and support process we build is designed to be simple: get your business online in an afternoon, pay with your phone, and reach a real person when you need help.
Our mandate
What we stand for
Democratise digital access
Every Kenyan business — from a corner duka in Gikomba to a SACCO in Kisumu — deserves enterprise-grade hosting at a price that makes sense.
Champion the .co.ke ecosystem
As a KeNIC-accredited registrar, we grow Kenya’s digital identity. A .co.ke tells customers you are local, trustworthy, and here to stay.
Uphold data sovereignty
Kenyan data should stay in Kenya. Our infrastructure keeps your business data within the East African region.
Build digital skills
Free knowledge base resources, WhatsApp tutorials, and one-on-one guidance to help business owners grow their digital skills.
Enable local payment
We pioneered M-Pesa payments for hosting in Kenya — no international card needed, activation in minutes.
Support institutions
Schools, churches, hospitals, county governments and NGOs get tailored hosting and dedicated support.
